Men,Women and Children classes are available 6 days a week
Master Caique, 7th degree Red and Black Belt (Under the lineage of Grand Master Helio Gracie and Master Rickson Gracie),and his Black Belt instructors teach very personal classes 6 days a week. We have 2 mats at our new 5000 sq foot location.
